Naomi & James | Red Deer Winter Wedding

Naomi & James, what a beautiful wedding day you had!

I remember praying the week leading up to their wedding for snow!! (If you know me at all, I DO NOT pray for snow… like ever.) We were having an unusually warm stretch in February and I know how much Naomi wanted a winter wonderland wedding. Well… it snowed. It snowed a crap ton! Everything was white again, just like Naomi had dreamed it would look. The Baymont Inn & Suites here in Red Deer hosted the whole day for them. It was super convenient having everything at the same location, and we were especially grateful for it on their wedding day as the roads were particularly bad from the snow we had been hoping for (can’t win them all!)

Their day was filled with so many special moments – Naomi sang to her (almost) husband just before they said their vows, Naomi’s Dad married them AND sang for them at their reception… I had major difficulties trying to keep my eyes from leaking. They had snowflakes gently falling on them when we headed outside briefly for some formals (STUNNING!). And let me tell you.. a PARTY was had all night long!

Naomi & James, I hope your wedding day was everything you could’ve imagined and more. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it and capture many of the special moments you two shared with friends and family. I wish you all the happiness and love in the world!
